Job Description
Our client, a well established and leading consultancy providing permanent and contract solutions to the construction industry require a Relationship Manager to take on the full responsibility for the day-to-day resourcing for a major Managed Account. The role will be based in Twyford, Berkshire.
The aim of the RM is to provide an optimum service to the client, maximise revenue generation and increase the profile of the consultancy to dominate the PSL. The RM is responsible for growing the account through business development and networking. The RM will be the first point of contact for the client, and will fully qualify and prioritise all vacancies before candidate resourcing takes place. The RM will have full responsibility for the quality and quantity of candidates provided by Resourcers/Account Executives/Relationship Executives. They will also be required to take a hands-on approach to effective resourcing. In addition, the RM will provide activity and financial reports and forecasts as required.
Ideal candidates will be experienced recruiters with demonstrable success in a client facing role, networking and achieving growth through business development. Candidates must be highly organised, self disciplined and able to multi-task and perform well under pressure. In addition, they must have a persuasive personality, and be assertive with those reporting to them, their peers and with senior managers.
Salary between £25 - 32k dependent on experience plus benefits.
