The Role

You role will be to manage a thriving business unit in the Midlands, where your experience and personality will drive the business forward.
You will be responsible for the operation as a whole, which will include profitability and management of all staff associated with site.
Responsible for setting targets, agreeing and monitoring sales objective and purchasing; you will build team spirit, including growth of
individuals' career skills. As the Site Manager, you will oversee manufacturing procedures, installation of products and customer
service procedures to ensure excellent customer management. This is a fantastic opportunity to be truly involved and responsible for

The Person

The ideal candidate will ideally:-
- possess a background (min 3 years) within retail management.
- Have a strong people focus and a proven record of delivery of customer service.

As high levels of customer service are expected to be delivered from the front, my client are seeking a professional and thorough individual.
