ales Support Coach - Acquisition & Retention Department
Location: Peterlee, County Durham
Working Hours: 8am - 6pm (on rotational basis)
Salary: £15k - £17k Basic + Bonus depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
To deliver effective coaching and training so as to support the Acquisition, Retention and Outbound supervisors activities when achieving targets for selling personal loans and loan protection to both new and existing customers of LTSB.
Main Activities to include:
To coach and mentor sales staff
Identify gaps and deliver training/coaching to support
Take an active part in the planning and delivery of incentives

Good interpersonal skills
Coaching Experience (Preferable, however not an essential requirement)
