Job Description

Located on the northern outskirts of Leeds in a pleasant residential area this practice's workload is predominantly generated in the education (PFI), leisure and commercial sectors. The education team in particular has steadily seen its workload increase; they have won several major projects over recent months. The practice works closely with their Head Office situated in Hertfordshire and work is combined to utilise the most appropriate skill sets.

The team varies in age and experience and has created a good social aspect to the practice with regular outings and regional/national functions. The benefits package includes 25 days holiday, healthcare for senior staff, bonus scheme and pension. Free car parking is also plentiful.

A Senior Architectural Technician is needed to strengthen the current workforce and act as Project Leader to BSF projects valued between £10m and £20m.

Qualifications/Skills Required

You will be an experienced Architectural Technologist (preferably MCIAT) with excellent front-end design skills.

Previous experience working on educational projects is essential and job running abilities should be reflected in your past responsibilities.

A natural leader you will have excellent team motivational skills and be able to manage to tight specifications and timescales.
