Working in four main sectors - health, education, residential and commercial with a Director heading up each sector, this practice is hoping to increase the size of their team to accommodate an increase in workload.
Set up in the 1950s this practice is well established and has long running relationships with several key clients. The practice is described as ‘booming’ and they have plenty of projects ongoing and in the pipeline. The practice prides itself on delivering good customer service which encourages repeat business.
The practice has a high staff retention rate and this is put down to the office atmosphere which is professional yet friendly. Located in the city centre with good transport links and close to city bars there is also a good social aspect to this practice. Age ranges in the practice giving the practice a good mix of people.
This busy city centre practice has recently won a very large educational project and is therefore looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist / Technician to join them. You will be responsible for producing the usual drawings, planning applications and building regulations, and will be given the opportunity to become more involved with job running and client liaison.
Qualifications/Skills Required
With a proven track record in professional practice you will be a qualified Architectural Technologist/Technician with experience working on educational projects. Strong technical skills coupled together with AutoCAD literacy and a comprehensive knowledge of UK Build Regulations are required.
