Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Benefits Officer to oversee the organisation, training and development of the Housing and Council Tax Benefits team.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing clear, concise and accurate responses to complex customer enquiries and complaints
Managing the section to meet required deadlines, performance monitoring and appraisals
Ability to deal with all types of claims, enquiries and computer reports
