This prestigious organisation has a requirement for a Senior Construction Cost Consultant. To be based in Leeds, you will joining the award-winning Water and Utilities Team to work on a prestigious framework agreement. The role will involve both pre and post contract duties, managing Contractors on behalf of the client. Some mentoring of more junior staff will also be required.

Qualifications/Skills Required

A Senior Cost Consultant is required to join the Leeds office of this prestigious Construction organisation. Applicants will have experience of water and / utilities projects, with a demonstrable track record in delivering such schemes. You will have performed both pre and post contract duties. Candidates with a working knowledge of NEC forms of contract are highly desirable.

Degree-educated in a relevant Construction filed, you will also preferably be Chartered with the RICS.
