Job Description
A wonderful privately owned restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. The establishment offers a top quality menu and has a reputation for excellent food.
This role will include supporting the Head Chef and managing the kitchen in their absence, staff supervision, portion control, health and hygiene and menu creation. Previous experience in a quality food led establishment is essential.
