Contract Recruitment / Sales Consultants Positions with M3 Europe Ltd
The M3 Group is a UK based ‘Niche’ Recruitment Company which has been operating globally since 1995. In this time we have made an established mark in the European market place providing highly skilled professionals to the Pharmaceutical and IT industries on a contract and permanent basis. Situated directly opposite Woking train station, M3 Europe is part of a larger International chain, the RDL Corporation.
You will be working alongside our existing recruitment consultants who are already getting the salary, benefits and incentives that they deserve. This role provides a great opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who is looking to reap rewards within an innovative, cosmopolitan and sales focused working environment.
We are currently looking to add to our team by creating a new desk solely for contract requirements and specialising in the Oracle and SAP areas of the IT market.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Your main responsibilities will be:
• New business development- Maintaining and establishing new relationships across the UK & Europe
• Identifying new contract recruitment needs
• Specific candidate searches and profiling using our bespoke database (of over 300k candidates) as well as other online resources
