The M3 Group is a UK based ‘Niche’ Recruitment Company which has been operating globally since 1995. In this time we have made an established mark in the European market place providing highly skilled professionals to the Pharmaceutical and IT industries on a contract and permanent basis. Situated directly opposite Woking train station, M3 Europe is part of a larger International chain, the RDL Cooperation.
Working alongside our existing French speaking recruitment consultants this role provides a great opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual looking to reap rewards within an innovative, cosmopolitan and sales focused working environment.
M3 have an internal database of over 300k candidates and invest large amounts of money on internet advertising, some of the websites used by M3 include Monster, Fish4Jobs, Total Jobs, In Pharm and CW Jobs. Alongside this M3 have a very good basic salary with a commission package of up to 40% (last year the largest salary for one consultant in one month in M3 alone was £13k). M3 invest a lot of money training up their staff and so if of a very high standard and ongoing, with different types of training to suit each staff member, just some of these include training by the Managing Director, by Team Leaders, By Professional External Trainers and also DVD Training Workshops.

Qualifications/Skills Required
As a Specialist Recruitment Consultant working from our Head Office in Woking you will be responsible for:
• New business development- Maintaining and establishing new relationships across the UK & Europe
• Identifying new recruitment needs
• Specific candidate searches and profiling using our bespoke database as well as other online resources
The successful candidate will be someone who is highly motivated, ambitious with the desire to reap rewards. A background in sales is preferable, however not essential.
