Subway® London is on a recruiting drive and is currently hiring for the role of Field Consultant.
As a Field Consultant, you will assist franchise owners with the development and implementation of plans to help grow their business. You will flawlessly execute the implementation of corporate policies and programmes that will have a direct impact on the profitability of the market and customer satisfaction.
It will be one of your goals to achieve a high standard of operational excellence by conducting monthly store evaluations and implementing new ideas through coaching, training and mentoring. You will be expected to help in the development of the market, through strategic planning to profitably build market share through local store marketing strategies on current locations and identifying opportunities to build new stores.
Qualifications:
• QSR Management (Multi Unit Management an asset)
• Strong Verbal & Written English Skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• UK Resident
