1st / 2nd level Technical Support / Helpdesk Analyst x3
It is essential that you have a broad knowledge of Microsoft platforms mainly NT & 2000 experience together with IP Networking. At least TWO years in a technical customer support / helpdesk environment is essential. You must have handled a substantial volume of 1st-line helpdesk enquiries by phone and email, and ideally you will have carried out some 2nd level support MCSE, MCP and other certifications a distinct advantage as well as German and /or French speaking.
As the first point of contact for customer support, you will be providing technical advice across a range of products and solutions dealing at all levels and a wide range of industry sectors so excellent communication skills will also be required together with the ability to prioritise and follow through to conclusion.
