1ST Line Support/Helpdesk x 2

do you want to earn £13 - £14K PLUS BE PAID AN EXTRA £2700 FOR WORKING A SHIFT ROTA
PLUS 13.5% TEAM BONUS (BASED ON TEAM MEETING TARGETS)
& ALSO GET 26 DAYS HOLS, PENSION, HEALTCH CARE & PARKING!!!!!

shifts as follows
MONTH 1
MON - FRI 9AM - 5.30PM

MONTH 2 ONWARDS SHIFTS
7AM - 3.30PM
9AM - 5,.30PM
3.30 - 11.00PM
1 in 4 WEEKENDS

WE ARE SEEKING 4 x 1ST LINE SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES TO WORK IN DARTFORD WITHIN IN A CALL CENTRE ENVIRONMENT.

IDEALLY YOU WILL POSSESS A MINIMUM OF 1 YRS 1ST LINE SUPPORT/HELP DESK EXPERIENCE AND BE ABLE TO PROBLEM SOLVE QUERIES.
MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE:-
TAKING CALLS FROM FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND HELP RESOLVE PROBLEMS WITH EQUIPMENT

LOGGING ALL CALLS AND ENSURING THEY MEET THE RELEVANT SERVICE LEVEL OF AGREEMENTS

ENSURE ALL CALLS ARE ESCALATED TO 2ND LINE SUPPORT IF UNABLE TO RESOLVE WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE ISSUED A DETAILED SCRIPT TO WORK FROM AND ALSO A LIST OF GENERAL CLIENT INFORMATION & SPECIFIC TECHNICAL TERMS.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE PREVIOUS 1ST LINE/HELP DESK EXPERIENCE, POSSESS CUSTOMER SERVICES EXPERIENCE, ARE ABLE TO HANDLE A HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS ON A DAILY BASIS & ARE ABLE TO WORK TO SET DEADLINES.
