Modeler and Texture Artists - read on...... Games Industry Awaits u!
As a Modeler and Texture Artist you will be responsible for the creation of 3D meshes such as
environmental objects and characters for use in game. You will also be responsible for the creation and application of textures to in-game models and meshes as well as ensuring that the game has a consistent texture style.
Requirements/skills:-
- Proficient in Maya and/or Max.
- Provide high and low poly models to prove experience.
- Be able to traditional concept models if necessary, so needs to be a creative thinker.
- Be able to produce low resolution texture sets for console imagery (.gif files basically)
- Proficiency with 2D art packages such as Photoshop, Painter, and Deep Paint.
- Traditional art skills are a big plus.
