Job Description

My client is seeking an Account Manager who will develop a highly professional working relationship across all areas of the account. You have profit and loss accountability, delivery of financial targets. Facilitate the profitable growth of customer business. Establishment of in depth knowledge of IBM culture with particular focus on Real Estate and Site Organisation, including the key drivers which provide opportunities to deliver property and facilities related services.

Ownership and ongoing development of part of the account Customer Business Plan. You will liaise with the central support team to promote a consistent professional image of our image and brand. Understanding of machine room / mission critical operations. Promote and sponsor a culture of continuous improvement and best practice. Completion of client monthly report.

Manage resources both human and technical to maximise quality of services delivered. Ensure appropriate relationships with suppliers and business partners.

Technical background preferably Electrical. High level commercial and financial acumen. Numerate and PC literate.
