Job Description
As Account Manager, your role will be to provide our clients with consultancy on all aspects of their business travel and total travel expenditure. The Account Manager is the owner of the client relationship and must work with all departments to ensure that the best service, best value, is innovative and achieves the client 's short and long-term corporate objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a territory of accounts and is responsible for the booking volume, productivity, market share, and profitability and takes action to rectify below plan performance. You will develop and implement sales plans to increase our clients penetration into the accounts and to protect against conversion loss while simultaneously lowering their unit costs. You must have prior experience in contract negotiations and financial valuation analysis, experience in managing customer relationships and making presentations to senior management. You will also possess strong initiative, self-motivation, interpersonal, leadership and oral and written communication skills. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
