Job Description
As Account Manager, Flights, your key areas of responsibility will be the day-to-day relationship management with a portfolio of existing air travel clients to ensure effective order taking, tracking, problem solving and Customer service. Your clients will include airlines (scheduled, low cost and charter), online aggregators, tour operators, consolidators and retail agents. You will develop accounts and optimisation work, to ensure spend is maximised against tangible account sales targets and metrics whilst proactively working with the advertiser base to help clients to exploit traffic opportunities and exclusive, bespoke activity. You will oversee monthly billing to their client portfolio, keep the client base up to date with product developments, new features and new opportunities and be responsible for the generation of performance reports for clients. You will have worked within an account management role for a minimum 4 years, be ideally educated to degree level and have likely to have completed some sales management, account management or marketing courses/qualifications.
