Job Description
The Accountant works with a high degree of independence in performing accounting and financial activities for The Arc. Performs accounting work, including auditing, analyzing and verifying fiscal records and reports, prepares financial and statistical reports, provides information to staff regarding accounting practices and procedures, and reconciles general ledger accounts. Requires good knowledge of accounting practices and procedures, fund accounting and fiscal management.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, economics or related field of study required. One year of general fund accounting experience required. Excellent benefit package.
