Job Description

Our client, global financial services organization, due to rapid expansion is seeking to recruit an accountant for their offices in Nicosia Cyprus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all accounting matters for client companies, such as preparation of quarterly reporting and annual accounts, preparation VAT returns and involvement in other aspects of client work such as corporate legal and tax.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Requirements:
A degree in accounting or LCCI higher or ACCA qualified or part-qualified with at least 3 years experience in a comparable position; exposure to tax driven structures is a definite advantage.
Strong MS Excel skills with good organizational skills.
A commercial, dynamic attitude with excellent communication skills fluent in both English and Greek and the ability to work under pressure and in a team and autonomously .
