hese two very Famous and Exclusive fine dining restaurants, one serving Contemporary British cuisine and the other serving Modern Italian are each searching for a Sous Chef to work within their very busy kitchens. The kitchens are very well equipped with everything you would ever want and the team is quite small. The restaurant is owned by a small private group who are known within London for their expertise, class and exclusivity.
Qualifications/Skills Required
The ideal person will be someone who has been working within a rosette award wining restaurant or hotel. You must have London experience and you must be able to lead a team of up to 10 chefs. You will have strong man management skills, a willingness to learn and a passion for good quality food and service
