Role: Deputy General Manager
Location: Midlands
Hotel description: Prestigious 4 star Hotel. The hotel host over 200 Bedrooms, 3 restaurant, 1 bar, 60 meeting rooms with the largest for up to 500 seating guest and a SPA
Mission: The effective management and control of a busy and established hotel
Report to: General Manager
Experience: The successful applicant must
Have quality background,
Have experience as Deputy Hotel manager in a hotel over 120 bedrooms,
Be able to oversee all aspects of a large Hotel.
Have excellent customer service skills, Financial and business acumen,
Have the ability to effectively recruit, train and develop staff,
Have sales and Marketing experience,
Have Knowledge of all Health, Safety & Hygiene procedures, Motivated and flexible approach to work
Salary : 40k + 10% Monthly Bonus based on sale/Budget + 30% yearly Bonus based on achieving budget and Target.
