Job Description

Admin/Accounts Assistant/Receptionist
Working from offices in Epsom, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, reliable and hard working Administrator to join a growing Global company.

The ideal person will compliment their existing team and be enthusiastic, motivated, reliable and hardworking. There is significant career opportunities as they are a growing company and the applicant can expect to get involved with all aspects of the business. To take on different challenges e.g Marketing etc as company grows and eventually leave the administration role behind to be filled by a replacement (dependent on success of the business).

Your main duties will include:
• Managing the telephones, taking messages and dealing with emails and faxes
• The day to day book keeping, (knowledge of Sage Line 50 is preferred), billing and invoicing (subject to suitable training being provided), chasing debtors for payment
• Shipping of goods, managing and tracking inward goods
• Maintenance of contacts database, office organisation, travel arrangements, assistance with meetings (welcoming visitors etc);
• Assisting with the production of graphics, drawings, mailings, press releases, industry shows
• Assisting with report generation and minuting of meetings
• You will be required to carry out all additional duties that are within the context of your job title.

Qualifications/Skills Required

The person:
• Bubbly and outgoing, whilst being professional and conscientious
• Experience in Office Administration (electronics/communication experience is advantageous but not essential)
• IT literate (Windows XP, MS Office, Sage)
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• Keen and hard working all rounder
• Excellent command of the English language (written and Oral)
• Organised with the ability to prioritise
• Enthusiastic
• Positive and adaptable attitude


You can expect a salary of upto 19k, 20 days annual leave and a working week of Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm (1 hr lunch)
