Our client long-established in the international financial services field operating through insurance and financial companies is seeking an Administrator for their Nicosia office.
Responsibilities:
To receive policyholder transactions and correspondence
To maintain policyholder records
To ensure that all computer generated documentation and replies to correspondence are sent out promptly and efficiently
To keep records and ensure service is up to standard (deliver a good service to clients)
To perform other job-related roles and duties as required by management
Qualifications/Skills Required
Requirements:
Fluency in the English language
Knowledge of Greek will be seen as an advantage
Experience in a similar position is necessary
A dynamic and service oriented individual as well as team-oriented
Training on the job will be offered.
