An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bright and organised individual to join a friendly team based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
Duties will include:
Answering telephone calls from clients
Taking orders and ensuring they are entered accurately into the system
Filing
Order progression
Producing correspondence
Assisting wherever necessary to ensure that the office runs smoothly
Qualifications/Skills Required
Required experience:
Previous office experience is required for this role although full training will be given to the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will:
Take an organised and proactive approach to work
Be a good communicator with an excellent telephone manner
Have sound computer skills, including a knowledge of Microsoft Office
Have a typing speed of at least 25wpm
Be good at working as part of a team
Adopt a flexible and hard working attitude
