General Manager - Major Blue Chip Company/City Based
One of our major blue chip clients is currently searching for a General Manager to oversee the entire running of this very busy city based office
You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of this buildings facilities and catering operation. You will be ensuring all standards are maintained, you will also be responsible for staff training & development and maintaining the customer care. There are 160 employees within the building which has 4 food outlets and a busy banqueting facility. This office is based over four floors and is a main meeting point for the company directors world wide.
To be successful in your application you will need to have a solid knowledge of F&B and Conferencing Operations, Financial and HR management practices and the ability to interact with a variety of guests from general staff to senior CEO's, you must also have at least 4 years management experienced (Hotel or Contract catering) within large blue chip/high profile London properties
