Job Description

An international multi-disciplinary consultancy to the built, natural, social and economic environment is seeking an Air Quality Specialist to work in its Manchester office. The organisation provides a range of high quality engineering, environmental, planning and management services to a diverse range of clients in the public and private sectors and to social and economic regeneration projects worldwide.

The role will include a varied workload involving studies linked to highways, industrial and mixed-use developments.

The applicant will be ideally at Consultant level, but Senior level candidates will also be considered. One to four years of experience is needed, ideally in consultancy, but local authority, EA etc experience considered.

The ideal candidate will have experience of the AERMOD modelling package and of DMRB assessments for highways schemes. Experience of other packages, such as ADMS, and knowledge of IPPC and EIA projects will be an advantage.
