KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a team of 12 – people management skills a pre-requisite
Co-ordinate allocation of resource
Project manage deliveries
Managing projects both locally and in our Global Operations Centre in Bangalore
Support new methods of working and new techniques
Hands on support of projects
KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent Project Management and coordination skills
Superb communication skills
Numerate with analytical experience
Background in statistics, application development would also be an advantage
Process driven
Self motivated
Team player
Consultancy experience an advantage
Hands-on market research experience using both Qualitative and Quantitative research methods would be an advantage
Industry Experience
Minimum 8 years experience in relevant roles
Experience in Market Research is important, preferred within the FMCG industry
Qualifications
Degree eductated
MSc or PhD in Market Research orientated subject preferred
