Job Description
We are looking for experienced staff who can deal with appeals, complex cases and ongoing cases going to tribunal.
You must have:-
Excellent knowledge of HB/CTB and specifically the legislation surrounding appeals.
Be able to use the Iworld system to extract / input information or assess claims.
