Founded in 1983 this practice works nationally and has offices in North Yorkshire and Central Leeds.
With a team of circa 40 professionals work ranges in scale from large health, residential and commercial projects to small commissions for regular clients.
The scope of their work includes urban design and master planning, the design of buildings, interior and workspace design and landscape architecture.
The practice is keen to promote a good work/life balance and aims to offer staff fair recognition for their hard work. Their standard practice package includes 20 days holiday plus 3 at Christmas, pension contributions and bonus scheme (1 year qualifying period). Working hours are 8.30 to 5pm with an early finish on Friday afternoons.
To assist in their future growth and to deal with current workload an Architect is sought to work on healthcare and residential masterplanning schemes. The healthcare work is nationwide from as far south as Kent to Scotland. The residential work is predominantly in the north-east.
Qualifications/Skills Required
You will be a qualified Architect with proven job running capabilities. With good communication skills you will be experienced in dealing with clients on a regular basis. You will be conversant with AutoCAD. Healthcare experience is preferred though those with a good track record working on projects in another sector are also welcome to apply as the right skills are more important. UK Building Regulations knowledge is essential.
