Job Description

An international multi-disciplinary consultancy to the built, natural, social and economic environment is seeking a architectural acoustics consultant to work in its Northern office. The organisation provides a range of high quality engineering, environmental, planning and management services to a diverse range of clients in the public and private sectors and to social and economic regeneration projects worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years experience in an acoustics based background and a proven track record in Architectural Acoustics and Building Acoustics including Auditorium and Lecture Theatre design. Experience of building services noise and remediation solutions is also essential.

The role would be a technical role in a rapidly expanding team of Acoustic Consultants, working closely with other business units and external clients on large high profile projects.

Qualifications/Skills Required

- 10 years experience in an acoustics based background
- Proven track record in Architectural Acoustics and Building Acoustics including Auditorium and Lecture Theatre design
- Experience of building services noise and remediation solutions
