Founded in 1983 this practice works nationally and has offices in North Yorkshire and Central Leeds.
With a team of circa 40 professionals work ranges in scale from large health, residential and commercial projects to small commissions for regular clients.
The scope of their work includes urban design and master planning, the design of buildings, interior and workspace design and landscape architecture.
The practice is keen to promote a good work/life balance and aims to offer staff fair recognition for their hard work. Their standard practice package includes 20 days holiday plus 3 at Christmas, pension contributions and bonus scheme (1 year qualifying period). Working hours are 8.30 to 5pm with an early finish on Friday afternoons.
Keen Architectural Technologist/Technician required to join the Stokesley office of this northern based practice to work on residential and healthcare projects. Whilst team led it is recognised that it is important that people are not pigeon holed into specific sectors and are therefore given the opportunity to gain experience on a variety of schemes.
Emphasis is placed on CPD and providing ongoing training for all members of staff.
Qualifications/Skills Required
You will be a competent Architectural Technologist/Technician with residential and healthcare experience. You will be comfortable producing detailed drawings for planning and building regulations control independently. AutoCAD literacy is essential. Photoshop and SketchUp experience is useful.
