They also have a Bike to Work scheme which allows staff to but bikes tax free and cycle to work. Childcare vouchers are also on offer and can offer substantial savings. Appraisals are held annually and cover professional development. Salary reviews are held in May.
Staff training and CPD are a big part of this practice and regular training and seminars are held for staff at all levels. The practice is also working towards Investors in People status.

The practice is very flexible with regards to working arrangements and will consider people only wanting to work part time.
