The Architectural and Building Surveying department is award winning and their workload includes restoration and conversion work on agricultural and historic/listed buildings and new build projects in the residential and commercial sectors.

Marvellous opportunity to join one of the UK's leading rural property Consultancies.

Working within a small team of Surveyors and Architects you will produce working drawings (AutoCad LT) and specifications packages on a range of agricultural and commercial schemes throughout the North East.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Whilst working in a team environment you will have the discipline to be able to work autonomously and take full responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered following concept through to site completion.
