Arrears Account Manager

If the answer is YES, then we have the job for you ……. Our client one of the leading UK consumer credit and finance organisations are looking for experienced Arrears Account Managers.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the management of customers with accounts in arrears
and outstanding debt. Working as part of a team, you will participate in a variety of
arrears management activities including tracing debtors, contacting customers by
telephone, mail and field visits and arrears counselling.
The Person:
(Essential: You must be a car owner and hold a current driving licence).
The successful candidate will be self motivated, confident in approach, possess exceptional communication skills, ability to problem solve, possess excellent negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Desirable: Previous experience within a finance, collection, arrears management or credit control environment.
