Job Description
Required for the Assay Transfer, Development and Optimisation on electrochemical biosensors for development of a clinical and veterinary diagnostic platform instrument; other applications to be targeted are in the food and environmental sectors. QC expertise is essential to help with the documentation and implementation of the QC department.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in immunoassay development and the associated biochemistry such as conjugation etc,. The ability to work independently and take on a research project get results and back it up with a written report is essential.
A BSc or higher is desirable but not essential. The person must be able to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment and have working experience of GLP/GMP. Knowledge of immunochemical techniques, product development or electrochemistry would be a big bonus.
Salary : £25,000 - £35,000 (negotiable)
