Job Description
An individual whom is customer orientated and has the ability to act as duty manager when needed is required to work in a lively and fast paced environment.
To assist with 'hands on' bar and catering operation and to help in maximising turn over, net and gross profit. To ensure facilities are kept clean and tidy and to comply at all times with the food hygiene and safety regulations. To assist in preparing to the highest standards, all the food in the café and banqueting areas as required.
Ideally candidates will possess experience in bar and catering backgrounds whilst also possessing the ability to manage facilities.
The possiblity of live-in is also available if required.
Qualifications/Skills Required
A certificate in basic food hygiene is required.
