Top conference centre with over 190 rooms in Buckinghamshire seeks a confident, motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager with a good hospitality background and food and beverage experience in hotels. You will be a deputy to the manager in supervising their 3 busy restaurants and covering some Duty Manager shifts. You will ensure high standards are maintained within the restaurant. 45 hour week, working 5 out of 7 days.
