Due to a period of sustained growth and with aggressive plans for further expansion, this company has a vacancy for a Construction Cost Consultant at Associate Director level. To be based in Leeds, the role is to manage the costings of a range of schemes, acting as the single point of contact for the client and taking a hands-on approach to your project workload. The project portfolio will include works in almost every sector, such as residential, leisure and education initiatives. In addition, the firm has just won one of the most prestigious and exciting schemes in the local area, valued in excess of £500 million. The role will also include some leadership duties, such as the mentoring of more junior candidates.

Qualifications/Skills Required
Applicants for this position should be Quantity Surveyors with a demonstrable track record in successfully delivering a range of large-scale construction projects. You will come from a consultancy background and will be adept in a client-facing role. Degree-educated in a relevant construction discipline, candidates will preferably be Chartered through the RICS or of equivalent experience.
