Job Description

Prepare and take responsibility for urban solutions for detail design, as required
Operate at a level higher than Senior Planner/Urban Designer
Develop own Client relationships
Seek new work
Prepare Financial and design proposals
Manage Team staff and identify training needs/performance issues
Independently lead and manage multi-discipline project team
Determine and manage staff requirements
In conjunction with Group Director review job financial performance and adjust resources
Undertake high-level project technical/quality reviews

Qualifications/Skills Required

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Design, Planning or Landscape Architecture
Corporate member of relevant institution
Good computer / IT skills
Excellent communication skills, experience in dealing with other employees and external clients.
Confident, proactive character, with a track record of taking the lead in challenging situations.
