Job Description
My client, a specialist search consultancy to the automotive retail industry established 2000 require due to expansion a headhunter / recruiter for their Wolverhampton offices.
You will be responsible for sourcing clients and candidates within the car sales associated industries across the whole of the UK on a contingency basis. Applicants will need to be tenacious, direct, assertive with a very high call rate. Ideally you will be from a professional services recruitment background looking to join a more autonomous, fuller recruitment role.
In return the client offer a basic salary up to £20,000 with flat 15% commission structure providing an OTE of £38,000, with full headhunting and systems training.
