As from 2004, The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has strictly and thoroughly been regulating the Mortgage Market and as a result, you will have to be a fully qualified Mortgage Broker, Adviser or Consultant with a Full CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice i.e. CeMAP 1, 2 & 3), therefore our core purpose is to assist you in achieving it.

THE AVERAGE ON TARGET EARNINGS FOR A QUALIFIED MORTGAGE BROKER IS £30,000+ in the 1st year of working. This is clear factual information
