The main function of your role is to Provide support to Sales Manager, & work along side the Branch Secretary; Provide support to Sales Consultant Team; To ensure smooth running of the office. You will be responsibie for the Collation of local MI and sales figures; Collation and packaging of mailshots; Ensure the smooth running of the location – I,e, office equipment working, stationery order etc..; Compliance – ensure current literature is readily available; Manage IT/Telephony requests/issues.
