BRANCH MANAGER - South London - £20K + car + bonus

This Major Car Hire Company, are looking to recruit a Branch Manager to be based in South London.

You will be the driving force behind the branch, be a natural leader who can give good customer service and deliver the companies service promise to customers.

You will draw on your commercial knowledge to plan your branches business. Formulating local marketing plans, analysing competitors, estimating vehicle numbers, ensuring correct level of fleet in order to meet & exceed forecasted performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience, as you will be required to look after a team of a medium team of consultants. You will be customer focused, approachable, have good communication skills, be able to motivate and encourage good team work. Please note it is essential that you drive for this role.
