Recruitment Branch Managers required for new offices in Cambridge or Bristol.

Brief:

Specialist blue collar recruitment company operating in the construction trades, M&E and Fit out markets require talented Branch Managers or team leaders looking to move into management.

Company:

One of the largest independent Agencies in the UK, supplying specialist staff through several trading companies each recruiting into niche markets. Operating out of locations across the Country this organisation invests heavily in staff training and development through all stages of a career.

Role:

Full P&L responsibility role, covering all aspects of developing the clients presence across the South of the Country. A predominantly Northern operation with a Southern base in London is looking to further develop it's market share by opening offices in the two key locations.
Responsible for staff hiring, development and mentoring alongside developing new business and cementing National relationships in the geographical areas.

Would suit:

An experienced branch manager from a construction, M&E or fit out background or possibly someone transferring over from Industrial or high volume sales recruitment background with local construction knowledge. Or an experienced senior consultant or team leader looking for a step into management.
