This reputable consultancy has over 30 years of experience and operates through a number of offices, which have recently expanded to Sheffield. Managing every stage of the construction cycle they employ a number of teams who specialise in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Clerk of Works, Architectural Design and Planning Supervision.

An experienced Building Surveyor is required to help deliver a major project in Sheffield.

Reporting directly to the Senior Building Surveyor you will be responsible for preparing specifications and drawings whilst inspecting and surveying building works and contract administration.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Being an enthusiastic and experienced Building Surveyor, you will be team focused with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Having successfully completed a course in surveying or construction technology, you will have a good understanding of current UK building regulations and a familiarity with AutoCAD. Experience in social housing would be extremely beneficial.
