With consistent business growth this international Construction Management Consultancy are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to compliment its already successful surveying team.

You will be responsible for delivering a professional service to enable the delivery of minor building projects, providing services which include party wall matters, pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidation's, DDA and contract administration.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a recognised, market leading Construction Management Consultancy, who are willing to provide full support for all candidates working towards their APC.

Qualifications/Skills Required

With a BSc in Building Surveying you will be an experienced Building Surveyor working towards your APC.

With professional Building Surveying services experience, you will have taken projects from inception through to completion and handover, being involved with commercial surveys and party wall matters. A team-focused individual you will capable of forming strong, working relationships with clients and staff.

Knowledge of current UK Building Regulations and experience of AutoCAD is essential.
