Due to growing success the opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join this international consultancy. You will be working on an array of projects in various disciplines including commercial, education, nuclear, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, waste and water, in both the UK and overseas.

Duties will include producing surveys and reports, schedules of condition, defect analysis, asset management, specification writing, architectural design, cost planning, specifications writing, contract admin and CDM coordination.

Qualifications/Skills Required

With a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying you will be an ambitious, confident and self motivated Building Surveyor.

With previous experience in the private consultancy sector you will have a good all round knowledge of the construction process and an ability to write precise technical reports.

Knowledge of UK Building regulations and familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential.
