Pathway Resourcing (Est. 1996), the market leaders for IT recruitment have set their sights on global success. Plans over the next 2-3 years will see the organisation expanding from our UK home through Europe and on to America and Asia. We have already started an office in Amsterdam and are looking to use New York, Hong Kong and Japan as operational headquarters for the regions. The consultants and new trainees of today will be the managers and pioneers of our international development over the coming years. We have recently started a Banking sector which is already cutting waves in the UK market and developing the foundations that will see it as successful as our IT sector. At the helm is the top manager for SThree who has grown our Leeds office into the success it is today and was the fastest growing office in the whole of SThree. We intend to use the Banking sector as a spearhead to drive the reputation of Pathway into America and Asia, focussing on the financial centres of the International marketplace. We are already building the foundations in the team with new consultants and the top biller for the whole of S3. They actually moved from another part of the organisation to join the opportunity that only Pathway has to offer.
The role will involve maintaining sales targets, developing client relationships, selling and confirming exclusivity agreements with clients, implementing SLAs and managing corporate entertainment (we currently own boxes on the halfway line at 3 premiership clubs, use Wimbledon, any one-off events and you will have the opportunity to expand this portfolio). You will liase with the Consultants, managing the relationships between Pathway and clients, and ensuring that the agreements in place are met.

On top of this we offer a basic salary of £20-25K and an OTE of £50K in your 1st year!
