A great opportunity to join this market leading and innovative IT in Healthcare training provider who require a Business Development Manager with experience in the IT & or Healthcare sector to drive sales and increase revenue in this fast growing business.
Working predominately with major private and public sector accounts you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, expanding the company’s client base through developing relationships at a senior level and winning new training business.
The successful candidate will meet regularly with managers from IT, Training & HR to discuss training projects and programmes and negotiate their successful implementation.
You will also be responsible for managing a sales team.
Qualifications/Skills Required
You must be a dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional, with an eye for new opportunities, sound commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales and increase revenue by growing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
With a proven background in sales, you will be commercially aware, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a flair for negotiation and relationship building.
You should have previously applied structured sales and account management processes and dealt with clients at a senior level.
You must be independent and able to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to work.
