Job Description

This brand new role of Business Services Director will take responsibility for shaping, leading and managing the back office support function for this security services business, itself part of a blue chip recruitment major.

One of only a few companies awarded Approved Contractor Status by the Security Industry Authority, the business is positioned well to achieve its ambitious growth agenda. Working closely with senior operations personnel, this role is critical to delivering a support function capable of facilitating the planned growth through provision of a first class service to the operational front line.

Qualifications/Skills Required

The successful,candidate will be a strong, energetic and dynamic leader with a track record of delivering business change and process improvement. A capable project manager with strong organisational, administration and process improvement skills, the appointee would benefit from security industry experience, though this is not essential.
